The honours program provides an excellent foundation for graduate school. The Bachelor of Arts in Music honours program involves a higher level of specialization than a major, and includes supervised research. As an honours student, you are required to maintain a high academic standard.
You can choose this degree if you wish to pursue a high level of academic rigour in your music coursework as you prepare for graduate work, but you do not wish to include performance entrance requirements.
