Join the renowned clarinetist and School of Music professor for “Liberating Performances,” an uplifting and visually thrilling concert featuring works by Chatman, Fauré, Pärt, Connesson, Lovreglio, as well as a traditional Balinese melody.
“Liberating Performances” embraces the physical limitations imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic, exploring creative new ways to present classical music and tackle social isolation.
Featuring special guests flutist Paolo Bortolussi, pianist Corey Hamm, the UBC Clarinet Studio, and traditional Balinese instrumentalists I Putu Gede Sukaryana (Balot) and Michael Tenzer.
