Sharon Chu is a second-year master’s student in Choral Conducting at the University of British Columbia from Hong Kong. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Music and Psychology at UBC in 2023 and is now studying under the coaching of Dr. Hyejung Jun and Dr. Graeme Langager. Growing up in church choirs, Chu has a deep interest in sacred music. She has sung and conducted in HKSKH Holy Spirit Church (Hong Kong) and St. James Anglican Church (Vancouver). She is also the conducting scholar at a Catholic choir, Vox Antiqua in Hong Kong.
