Composer and professor Dorothy Chang wins the Western Canadian Music Awards’ CLASSICAL COMPOSER OF THE YEAR for her piece, Flight.
Flight is on the album Soaring Spirits and is performed by the UBC Symphony Orchestra w/ Jonathan Girard, UBC Faculty member Paolo Bortolussi (flute), and UBC Audio Engineer David Simpson collaborated on this recording, which is available on Redshift records.
