Composer and professor Dorothy Chang was nominated for a Juno Award for Classical Composition of the Year for her composition, Flight.
Flight is on the CD Soaring Spirits and performed by the UBC Symphony Orchestra & Choirs w/ Jonathan Girard conducting, and UBC Music Faculty member Paolo Bortolussi, flute. This recording is available on Redshift records.
