Douglas Finch, piano
Canadian/British composer and pianist, Douglas Finch, discusses and performs his major new work for piano and orchestra, with Canadian pianist Dietmar Schmuecker providing the orchestral part on second piano.
Douglas was a guest professor at UBC between 1987 and 1993, after which he resettled in the UK, co-founding and directing The Continuum Ensemble London and serving as Head of Keyboard Department for eight years at Trinity Laban, where he continues as professor of piano and composition.
